Using Due
Due is provided for personal, non-commercial use on your own iOS device. By downloading or using Due, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.
Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee
Due is designed to help you remember bills before they're due, using dates and reminder windows you set yourself. Reminders depend on iOS notification delivery, your device's settings, and the accuracy of the information you enter. Due does not guarantee that a reminder will be delivered, and is not responsible for late payments, fees, or any other consequence of a missed or mistimed reminder. Due is a tool to help you stay organized, the responsibility for paying your bills remains yours.
Your data, your accuracy
You're responsible for the accuracy of the bill information you enter, names, amounts, due dates, and recurrence. Due does not verify this information against any external source, because it has no connection to your bank or billers.
In-app tips
Due offers optional, one-time tip purchases to support ongoing development. Tips are digital goods processed through Apple's App Store and, once completed, are non-refundable except where required by law or Apple's own refund policies. Tips do not unlock any feature or functionality, every part of Due works identically whether or not you choose to tip.
No warranty
Due is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose beyond what's described here.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Due and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including late fees, missed payments, or data loss, arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the app changes. Continued use of Due after an update means you accept the revised terms.
